Exchange Policy
At Arabian Bride Abaya, your satisfaction matters to us. We offer a smooth and easy exchange process to ensure you get the abaya you love.
Exchange Eligibility:
- You can request an exchange within 14 days of delivery.
- The product must be unworn and in original condition — tags still attached.
- Product should be returned in its original packaging.
- Items that are custom-stitched or altered are not eligible for exchange.
What Can Be Exchanged:
- Wrong size received
- Wrong item received
- Manufacturing defect (stitching, fabric damage)
Exchange Process:
- To initiate an exchange, WhatsApp us at 0300-1234567 with your order number and reason.
- Attach clear photos of the item showing the issue.
- Our team will confirm eligibility within 1–2 business days.
- Once approved, ship the item back to our address (provided on approval).
- Exchanges are usually processed within 7–14 working days of receiving the return.
Delivery Charges:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping charges.
- In case of a defective or wrong item, we will cover all delivery costs.
Important Notes:
- Sale items are not eligible for exchange.
- Items washed, ironed, or worn cannot be exchanged.
- Exchange is subject to stock availability. If the requested size/color is unavailable, a store credit will be issued.
