Exchange Policy

At Arabian Bride Abaya, your satisfaction matters to us. We offer a smooth and easy exchange process to ensure you get the abaya you love.

Exchange Eligibility:

  • You can request an exchange within 14 days of delivery.
  • The product must be unworn and in original condition — tags still attached.
  • Product should be returned in its original packaging.
  • Items that are custom-stitched or altered are not eligible for exchange.

What Can Be Exchanged:

  • Wrong size received
  • Wrong item received
  • Manufacturing defect (stitching, fabric damage)

Exchange Process:

  • To initiate an exchange, WhatsApp us at 0300-1234567 with your order number and reason.
  • Attach clear photos of the item showing the issue.
  • Our team will confirm eligibility within 1–2 business days.
  • Once approved, ship the item back to our address (provided on approval).
  • Exchanges are usually processed within 7–14 working days of receiving the return.

Delivery Charges:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping charges.
  • In case of a defective or wrong item, we will cover all delivery costs.

Important Notes:

  • Sale items are not eligible for exchange.
  • Items washed, ironed, or worn cannot be exchanged.
  • Exchange is subject to stock availability. If the requested size/color is unavailable, a store credit will be issued.
