At Arabian Bride Abaya, we want you to shop with complete confidence. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Return Eligibility:

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
  • The product must be unworn, unaltered, and in its original condition — tags must be intact.
  • Product should be returned in its original packaging.
  • Custom-stitched, altered, or personalised items are not eligible for return.

Valid Reasons for Return:

  • You received a damaged or defective item.
  • You received the wrong item or wrong size.
  • The item significantly differs from its description on the website.

Return Process:

  • To request a return, WhatsApp us at 0300-1234567 with your order ID and clear photos of the item.
  • Our support team will review your request within 1–2 business days.
  • If approved, you will receive a return address and further instructions.
  • Returns are processed within 7–14 working days after we receive and inspect the item.

Refund Details:

  • Approved refunds will be issued via bank transfer or EasyPaisa/JazzCash within 5–7 business days.
  • Original delivery charges are non-refundable.
  • In the case of a defective or incorrect item, full refund including delivery will be issued.
  • Refunds are issued only after the returned item passes inspection at our end.

Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable courier service for your return.

Important Notes:

  • Sale items are not eligible for return or refund.
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged by the customer will not be accepted.
  • Colour may slightly vary due to photography lighting — this is not considered a defect.
