At Arabian Bride Abaya, we want you to shop with complete confidence. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Return Eligibility:
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
- The product must be unworn, unaltered, and in its original condition — tags must be intact.
- Product should be returned in its original packaging.
- Custom-stitched, altered, or personalised items are not eligible for return.
Valid Reasons for Return:
- You received a damaged or defective item.
- You received the wrong item or wrong size.
- The item significantly differs from its description on the website.
Return Process:
- To request a return, WhatsApp us at 0300-1234567 with your order ID and clear photos of the item.
- Our support team will review your request within 1–2 business days.
- If approved, you will receive a return address and further instructions.
- Returns are processed within 7–14 working days after we receive and inspect the item.
Refund Details:
- Approved refunds will be issued via bank transfer or EasyPaisa/JazzCash within 5–7 business days.
- Original delivery charges are non-refundable.
- In the case of a defective or incorrect item, full refund including delivery will be issued.
- Refunds are issued only after the returned item passes inspection at our end.
Return Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable courier service for your return.
Important Notes:
- Sale items are not eligible for return or refund.
- Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged by the customer will not be accepted.
- Colour may slightly vary due to photography lighting — this is not considered a defect.
