  • All orders are subject to product availability and order confirmation.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion without providing a reason.
  • By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or have parental/guardian consent.

2. Product Information

  • We aim to display accurate product details, images, and descriptions. However, slight colour variations may occur due to photography lighting and screen settings — this is not considered a defect.
  • Fabric texture and embroidery placement may have minor variations due to the handcrafted nature of our products.
  • We reserve the right to update or discontinue any product at any time without prior notice.

3. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
  • We reserve the right to update prices at any time without prior notice. The price at the time of confirmed order will be honoured.
  • Payment is accepted via Cash on Delivery (COD), EasyPaisa, JazzCash, and bank transfer.
  • In the event of a pricing error, we will contact you before processing the order.

4. Orders & Delivery

  • Orders are dispatched within 2–4 working days after confirmation.
  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on your location and the courier service.
  • Arabian Bride Abaya is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances.
  • We deliver across all of Pakistan. International orders are not currently supported.

5. Returns & Exchanges

  • All returns and exchanges are governed by our Return Policy and Exchange Policy.
  • Customers must initiate the process within the stated timeframe and follow the proper approval procedure.
  • Unauthorised returns will not be accepted.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this website — including images, text, logos, designs, and product photographs — is the intellectual property of Arabian Bride Abaya.
  • Reproduction, distribution, or use of any content without prior written permission is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

7. Limitation of Liability

Arabian Bride Abaya is not responsible for:

  • Delays or damage caused by third-party courier services
  • Loss due to misuse or improper care of products
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website

8. Privacy

  • Your personal information (name, address, phone number) is collected solely for order processing and customer support purposes.
  • We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing without your consent.
  • By placing an order, you consent to us contacting you regarding your order via phone, WhatsApp, or SMS.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of courts located in Pakistan.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our website constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
