1. Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after order confirmation.

During launches, sales, Ramadan, Eid, public holidays, or periods of high demand, processing may take longer.

Customized or made-to-order products may require additional preparation time.

2. Domestic Delivery

For orders within Pakistan, estimated delivery is generally:

3–7 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times may vary depending on the city, courier service, weather, holidays, or circumstances outside our control.

3. International Delivery

Where international shipping is available, estimated delivery is generally:

7–15 business days after dispatch.

International delivery times may vary depending on destination, courier service, customs clearance, and local regulations.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges will either:

• Appear during checkout, or
• Be communicated before order confirmation.

Free shipping promotions may be offered occasionally and will be subject to the conditions stated with the offer.

5. Customs & Import Charges

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, clearance charges, or other fees imposed by their country.

Arabian Bride Abayas does not control these charges.

6. Tracking

Where available, tracking details will be provided after your order has been dispatched.

Please allow some time for the courier tracking system to update.

7. Incorrect Address

Customers must provide an accurate and complete delivery address.

Arabian Bride Abayas will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

Additional delivery charges may apply if an order needs to be shipped again.

8. Delivery Delays

Delivery estimates are provided as guidance and cannot always be guaranteed.

Delays caused by couriers, customs, weather conditions, public holidays, strikes, natural events, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control are not considered the responsibility of Arabian Bride Abayas.

9. Damaged or Missing Parcel

If your parcel arrives damaged or an item is missing, please contact us within 24–48 hours of receiving the order.

Where possible, provide:

• Order number
• Photos of the parcel
• Photos or videos of the received product
• Shipping label
• Details of the issue

This will help us investigate the matter quickly.
