Return Policy

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

• A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item is inspected and approved.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

• Sale or discounted items

• Digital products

• Customized or personalized items

• Hygiene-sensitive items (e.g. earrings, cosmetics)

🔁 Exchange Policy

• Exchanges are allowed within 14 days of delivery for:

  • Wrong size

  • Defective or damaged items

  • Wrong item received

• We will cover return shipping costs only if the error is on our side.

• If the item is out of stock, a refund or store credit will be offered.

📦 How to Request a Return or Exchange

1. Email us at sales@arabianbrideabayas.com with your order number and reason.

2. Wait for approval and return instructions.

3. Ship the product to the provided return address.

4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or exchange.
