1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
The return request must be made within 14 days of receiving the order.
Customized or made-to-order abayas cannot be returned or exchanged.
Items purchased on sale or during promotions are not eligible for return.
2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To request a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

Our team will review your request and provide instructions on how to return the item.
Ship the item back to us at the given address. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Once we receive the item and inspect it, we will process the exchange or issue a refund as per our policy.
3. Refund Process
Refunds will be issued only for eligible items and will be processed through the original payment method within 7-10 business days after approval.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

7. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, cancellations may not be possible if the order has already been processed.
